ความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับงานโรงแรม โรงแรมประเภทต่าง ๆ โครงสร้างแผนกงานใน โรงแรม ฝึกปฏิบัติการใช้ส านวนและค าศััทท ภาษาอังกฤษในงานบริการโรงแรมแผนกต่างๆ ประกอบด้วยงานบริการส่วนหน้า งานบริการห้องพัก งานบริการ อาหารและเครื่องดื่ม งาน ประชาสัมพันธ์การขายและการตลาดในโรงแรม การจัดการการร้องเรียนของผู้ใช้บริการ Basic knowledge of hotel, types of hotel, hotel structures and divisions. Practicing English vocabulary and expressions used in the hotel including; front desk, room services, food and beverage services, public relations, marketing and sale of the hotel, and dealing with customers’ complaints.

            Literature has long served as a mirror reflecting the diverse cultures, histories, and philosophies of the world. This course, developed for EIC 3302 Literature in World Englishes, (of English for International Communication Curriculum, EIC) is designed to guide students through the analysis of literary works written in English across various cultural contexts. By engaging with texts from different countries, students will explore themes of philosophy, social issues, culture, and literary components, gaining deeper insights into how literature serves as both a product of and an influence on society.
